We have since moved a good distance away and we still only bank at Citizens because of the amazing VP Michelle Jones. She is great to work with, direct, personable, and takes the time to help. The tellers are always cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for a better banking experience.

I recently had the need to meet with a banker to resolve an issue. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally with a thorough follow up. My personal Thank You ! to Michelle J.
