Division Optical

My unique frames were accidentally broken by another Optical vendor in Texas.

When I called around to previous U.S.retailers of the Frency & Mercury brand (now Eque. M) I was told the frames were no longer available and good luck finding them.

However, when I called Lisa at Division Optical she immediately reached out to the manufacturer and found the frames oversees within a couple of days.

In addition, she provided the full service of pricing, delivery, and even inspection of the frames before shipping them to me.

Astounded at the personalized service - almost unheard of these days. Great selection of unique frames in an un-rushed, boutique-type setting. My frames required some unique adjustments and it took a couple of attempts to get it right. But Lisa hung in there with me and we got 'er done. She knows what she's doing and clearly explained it to me every step of the way.

Was overly impressed with this store. Was shopping for new sunglasses before going on a road trip to FL. The manager was extremely personable and helpful. We found a great pair and he even molded my old ray bans to fit my husband. Totally recommend.

I’ve worked in the healthcare field for many years as a pharmacist and this is one of the best customer service experiences I have received in years. I couldn’t be happier. I will be recommending Division Optical and Clayton without reservation to all of my friends and family.

Division Optical is simply the best. I cannot even begin to describe how pleased I am with their service. The knowledge, patience, attention to detail and personal service that I was given was like no other optical place I have ever been to. The selection was unreal, they definitely have something for everyone in this store. This will no doubt be the only place I will shop at in the future.
