(July 21, 2023, 5:01 pm)I stopped in as one one of my hearing aids suddenly quit working. The woman at the front desk (Kay I believe) asked I could wait just a few minutes. Jennifer looked at my aid between appointments and was able to fix it in a just a couple minutes.
Very helpful to me and I greatly appreciated the friendly service.
Edit: The person at the front desk was Amy, not Kay. My mistake. Very helpful no matter what her name is! -

(July 8, 2021, 10:46 pm)Three initial hearing aids and great upgrades over the past seven years. Have had such welcomed service and help from Julie and her staff. Alwasy quick to send supplies such as batteries and filters. Great scheduling assistance and coordination. I wouldn't get my hearing tested nor my next hearing aids anywhere else.
