  I interested in knowing how much the water/electric/heat bills run monthly on average. We are looking at moving in there sometime soon.

  after living here with my wife and daughter for one year we can’t wait to resign a new lease we love the apartment the size the building is so quiet The grounds are kept real nice and the building is cleaned very well The new barbecues that they installed are very welcomed and will be of good use most of all the management is better than any place that I’ve lived before The property manager Tabatha is exceptional if you have any problem and need to talk to her she is right on it the other staff like Sandy is just a delightful person to work with Thanks Tabitha for your hard work and making living in Evergreen a wonderful experience

  We moved in about six months ago and have been so happy here. The apartments are well maintained and we love our space. Rooms are a great size, but for us it's the closets that are the best, it's an apartment so to have a good amount of storage is really nice. We also like the layout of our kitchen because it does make everything open and bright.
  
  The staff here helped get the process for us to move in started immediately and answered all my questions so quickly! (I asked a ton of questions) They are friendly and also care about us. Checking in, following up, knowing who we are. They put an effort in to make you feel welcome. We recently transferred to another apartment to a three bedroom and added a roommate and they we awesome getting everything done, it was a breeze.
  
  We don't hear a ton of noise in our apartment (again it's an apartment building) we honestly expected to hear more. Hallways and enter ways are kept clean. The first snow they had salted before I went out with our dog and I'm up really early. It's a well maintained place.
  
  We feel at home here and I'm so glad we found this community and it's wonderful staff.

  This is Heidi, John's wife writing this. We absolutely love it here!! The apartment is so big and clean, we were very impressed with it! There are many great qualities about it, it's nice having a patio door with a balcony, a walk in closet in one of the bedrooms with built in shelving (love that!) and there's an elevator which is nice for moving and if you need it on a daily basis. Each room is good sized, not the typical small rooms that apartments often times have. You need to have the carpet professionally cleaned when you move out which is nice because then you know it's clean when you move it. You get a parking spot and a garage, the garage is nice and deep and there's room for you to store things in front of your vehicle. It's in a great location, close to stores and not far off of Highway 65. And last but not least, Tabitha has been absolutely great to work with!!! She is very nice and responds quickly. I highly recommend living here : )
