Bud's Service

My family was on a first time vacation to the area and had a mechanical issue come up. Vacation didn't start well, but it became a whole lot better when Gene showed up. He and Barry helped me find the part needed and correct the issue. I could tell from the start i was dealing with respectful people of high integrity. If you are reading because you're not sure who to call in the area please don't hesitate and give them call. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give them more than a five star I would. They have been called by me many times for many different reasons. They have always been timely and I have always been more than satisfied. The man that has always came in nothing but great. Yesterday they were called to my house because my daughter lock my keys in my truckon oneof the coldest days and I kept apalagising to the man he would just look at me with a smile on his face and say it's ok. I felt so bad for him. Than to make things worse my pine tree branches kept hitting him in the head and getting in the way of his tool. I told him he could break the branch but he said he refused to break anything. I will never call anyone else

I was on I-90 about 35 miles east of Gillette when I noticed that my alternator went bad. As I was watching the needle on the meter go lower and lower I looked for a mechanic on my phone. Bud's popped up. I called in to the shop and told them I had lost my alternator and was watching the battery die. He said he could get the alternator and install it today. I couldn't believe it. The truck finally died 1 mile from the shop. I got towed to Bud's and was driving away in 1 hour !!! What a lifesaver. Very fair price. I really recommend Bud's.very nice office personnel and excellent mechanics. Thank you so much Bud's !!!

Gene is a great owner and THE BEST MECHANIC around! I live out of state and wish I could fly him out when I need mechanic services. Honest and excellent at what he does.

Also, he can tow anyone out of any situation! His tow services deserve 10 stars.
