  Angie the manager has helped me with a refund due to the garage door being too small to fit my landscaping trailer. I wished that she didn't have to do a refund and I wished that I would have a storage big enough with a wider door. I give this place a 5 stars because Angie has done a great job. And as a business owner myself good people who can work for you are hard to come by. In the future if I need any storage room this will be the first place I will be looking into again.

  Angie is fantastic! Always friendly and upbeat. I’ve had this unit for a couple years now. It’s always been highly secure, clean and convenient. Today she went above and beyond helping me arrange my accounts from multiple public storage locations, she ran around the entire place opening different units and helping me figure out what size storage unit would fit all my things, she even offered my her ladder from home and she helped me park! Highly recommend this facility!!!

  I had an Amazing experience at public storage in Little Canada today. Manager Angie provided beyond excellent customer service! She was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make me feel safe and secure about storing my belongings! The facility and storage units are extremely clean! I highly recommend this place if you ever need a storage!😊

  Angie was great in that she recommended a couple of low cost van rental facilities. She also recommended that we go to a facility to buy low cost straps to immobilize our items that we were moving. Very helpful. She is also very on top of everything that is going on at the facility. I recommend this facility specifically for all the help that you get from Angie. I have rented for years at the storage facility on highway 55 in Minneapolis and it was ok not great. This facility is great !

  Angie is very very very helpful. She was great at giving us tips on what we were able to do to move in and move out and store things.
  We needed to rent a moving van and Angie had some great ideas. I have rented from other rental facilities and I have never had the amount of help that I got from Angie. I own a sales organization and I tried to hire her away from Public Storage but she is loyal to the company. I do not recommend businesses lightly but I wholeheartedly recommend Angie and Public Storage on County Road B in Little Canada.
