(June 21, 2021, 12:24 am)Dan, at Sparks Auto, took a second look at my older 96 Explorer because we didn't hear the sounds on the 1st try. I took it back when I did here at later, and he did a good job too try some additive for the differential. Hopefully that will take care of the problem, and I was willing to pay more than he was charging, but he said I just needed only to pay what he said before. That's nice treatment of your customers. Thank you.
