I had a super nice experience at the Sally’s today.
Unfortunately I do not remember the cashiers name, but he was a young black guy (natural hair color, fade on sides). He was seriously super pleasant. Not only was he sanitizing everything thoroughly, answering the phone, ringing people up, but also answering customers questions. He was very polite, friendly, and had solid advice for the customers.
I’ve been to Sally’s plenty of times (good prices, practical) but this was the first time I felt inclined to leave a review. Seriously, that guy was putting in the work.

Awesome customer service!! ???? These woman rock! ???? I have been to this location multiple times over the past 2 years and I love everything about it. The sales team is very professional and friendly. ???? I have been in a couple times and had help with picking color. Each time I received help immediately and every time got great tips and advice on product use. Not being a licensed professional, but having friends and family that are, I have been in places made me feel inferior and out of place for even being in a supply store. The selection is somewhat limited brand wise, but do carry some good lines including OPI, ESSE, Wella, BLONDE, and ion. It's very beneficial to sign up for the rewards program. ???? You do save a lot of money all the perks members receive. ???? Check it out! To date I've never seen anyone there having a bad experience. If your not licensed but are doing your own hair/nails or just maintaining until you get into the salon and don't want to rely on a box color, this is the best place to be. Prices are reasonable for most things, but for some, for example- nail gems-seem high, then again I assume they are targeted for a professional market and in that case maybe not so much. I was in here Saturday 1/27/19 at around 4:30 pm. The two girls working were not only friendly, welcoming and pleasant, but extremely helpful as well. I saw one of them actually make a phone call to help answer a customer's question that she was unsure of the answer to. I wish I would have caught their names to give them the recognition they deserve. I sincerely hope the management of this store recognizes these two exceptional employees.
Very knowledgeable staff. Nine times out of ten, they've been able to answer my questions about products or hair care in general. Awesome selection of dyes, nail polish, and tools. The prices are pretty average -- sometimes a product will be fifty cents or a dollar more than it would be at Target, but I don't mind. It's worth it to be able to ask for advice from staff.
