We feel so lucky to have this place close to us. Our car recently threw a code and the check engine, brake, and traction control lights all came on. We thought we were looking at thousands of dollars in repairs, but they were extraordinarily thorough and instead found a crack that was slowly leaking oil. They fixed it really quickly and didn't try to oversell us on random add ons. I will go to them every single time.

I had been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that didn't talk down to me or overcharge me for work I didn't need. I stumbled across Brausen by chance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have earned my business for life. I brought my Mercedes in there with a phantom engine noise and oil leak. They went above and beyond to address the issue and the fix/clean up the other issues it was leading to. They closely explained and showed me what they did and didn't hesitate to be upfront and honest throughout the whole ordeal. Can't thank them enough. They are now my mechanic.

Brought my car in expecting it to take a couple hours but they were done in an hour. The price was good and they didn't pressure me to pay for anything extra. They also will re-torque/tighten your wheels for free after a tire rotation, which I appreciated, since I was NOT offered this by the Lexus Dealership or even told it should be done (last place I brought my car for service) . They also had yummy home baked cookies at the counter. Will be back !
