Thought I needed new rotors. Service guy told me to flush the brakes first. Took his advice - and he was right. Also got a free blinker bulb and oil change because my wait time was long. Very professional - completely satisfied with my experience and will continue to use them for my car maintenance. Thank you!
Service is normally good, reasonable wait time for services. Only complaint I have is multiple times I have went in for routine service only to have McCarthy send discount coupons that arrive after having the service completed, so they aren't applied or used. I've used this same dealership for service and buying vehicles since 2004 they can't send or email these discounts sooner or when actually car is brought in? So was't able to take advantage of anything, even the "free" car wash, so much for worthless discount offers.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. My serviceman replaced my battery without delay. VERY satisfied with the service.
Not gonna lie when I was messaged that they was gonna reschedule the appointment it upset me but thanks to the service manager and the dedication of the service shop team they kept the appointment and took care of my car. Take it one step further the gentleman who answered my questions appointment arrival and during service also let me know when the tech found something out side the service that needed addressed and it gave me the ability to have them take care of it tho I may not agree with the amount of the cost of service I am pleased to know there are still helpful people in the world. Wonderful staff and great service so far no other issues with the car. Thank you to all who helped me Thursday 8-19-2021 and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
