Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Wow! The customer service provided by Frank was phenomenal. It was trash day in my neighborhood. My trash and recycling bins were empty at the end of the driveway. I see someone pulling my garbage cans up. Turns out it was the plumber. Throughout the entire service call Frank was professional and knowledgeable. He talked about some different faucet options and the benefits of all three. He pulled and reset a toilet that had been improperly installed. Cleaned up the horrible caulk job the previous homeowners did. All the work looks awesome. Frank removed his shoes every time, put down drop cloths, identified another possible improvements that he handled. Really really impressed! Krinkies is really reasonably priced for the superior customer service and work compared to other plumbing companies I have had at my house. I found my plumbing company for all work at my house going forward! They will be back for future work I have in mind.

Frank and Kevin, came at my request to replace both kitchen and bathroom faucets.
We also experienced a loss in Hot water pressure when water heater was installed a few years ago by a different company.
Also had leaky pipe under kitchen sink.
They did a wonderful job! Price was very reasonable.
We now have a lot more hot water pressure, and by replacing only a short run of piping.
We are more than happy with the work that was done. We now also have 2 new faucets installed at half the price of the other guys.

I had a great experience today with Krinkie’s. I initially called them to schedule a routine furnace tuneup. Simple right? Krinkie’s was the only service provider willing to give a real cost quote on what this service would cost. (Other local companies wouldn’t even return my calls/emails about this simple question). Kevin thoroughly cleaned my system and showed me detailed photos of the system’s condition. He spoke to me directly and didn’t try to hard sell me on a service program or new heating system.
To the other companies that didn’t want my business...no sweat, I’ve got a company now.

Joe D. performed an emergency repair on our heating boiler a couple years back, and at the time suggested several other items that our boiler might benefit from - a "punch-out" cleaning of the burners, an auto-fill valve, and replacing the enormous expansion-tank with a smaller bladder. We just had him back to perform that work today and he was just great to work with! He did as much as he could to honor the prices he had quoted us two years ago, even though parts costs had increased. He discussed the work-plan with me before starting, confirming what I wanted done, and suggesting a few other small "clean up" items (including getting rid of the last bit of galvanized pipe in the system!) that he tended to while conducting the other updates. He finished the work professionally, within the estimated hours needed, and it looks and works great. Totally great experience. Thanks!

Dan provided excellent service on our furnace and toilet. Mike checked out our furnace for winter and gave us important, clear information about ongoing maintenance. Both servicepeople handled our noisy dogs with kindness and tolerance, as well. Jeff U demonstrated patience and professionalism as he installed a 220V circuit under less-than-ideal conditions.
