NovaCare Rehabilitation - East St Paul

Ryan is really good at finding exercises and stretches that work for you and your situation. He's also easy to talk to and makes the whole thing an enjoyable experience. There are only a couple days a week that they are open after 4pm, but if you make your appt at least a month in advance, I've had no problem snagging a slot to fit in after work without needing to use PTO.

I have had many different physical therapists over the course of my recovery. None have even come close to providing the care I receive from Kelli at Nova Care Rehabilitation. She is outstanding and I cannot recommend her enough!!

Friendly, always in a positive mood. Listens to all my concerns. Not constantly on the computer during our visit.

Neil has been extremely helpful with my PT journey. He was very thorough our first session and continue to be throughout my progress. When he introduce a new workout, he always explain the benefits of it. In the short amount of time I've spent with Neil, I've noticed improvements. I'm super grateful for him and cannot wait to regain my arm strength. Thanks a million Neil! I highly recommend this place. June, the receptionist is amazing as well! The staff are great and super friendly!
