I've been here 5 years. The unit was completely rehabbed before I moved in. Everything except the walls was brand new. Over the years there have been some shady ppl living here, but most of those people are gone. This place has become a nice place to live. There are a few trouble makers still living here, but I hope they will soon be gone too.
The Wolkowicz's are very quick to respond to repairs. I do not have any bugs or mice. Pay your rent on time, treat others office staff and neighbors with respect and you'll love living here.
I lived in one of therd properties for 8 years they were very good about maintaining the property. Once in awhile so.e questionable nieghborz
I have lived at one of there properties for over 3 years. They have been the best management company Ive been with. Any interaction with Jackie and Joe has been a pleasure and I would reccomend this company to anyone.
