Having worked with Ken regarding a matter with a former employer, I can say he is a great source of knowledge and expertise in regards to copyright law (even thought that portion of law seems a fairly large gray area). He's direct and to the point, not wasting anyone's time. While my matter is, mostly, resolved, I'm glad to have had Ken as my lawyer as it applies to my (graphic design) work and ability to show it.
Ken is great to work with! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in regards to copyright and trademark laws. His flexibility with my schedule was also a big plus. I would highly recommend.
I worked with Kunkle Law PLC to successfully file a trademark for 50 Fun Things®. Kenneth Kunkle was professional, clear in explaining the process and what needed to be included. His rates were reasonable and aligned with what I was seeking. He was patient and informative with me throughout the process and sent me the final trademark documentation packaged nicely in a folder making for especially easy filing and retrieval in my records.
Was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with helping to secure the trademarks for our brand!

I just happened to be googling for a trademark lawyer to help me with my submission. I had already submitted my trademark and Ken helped me when the USPTO came back with questions. He tried to help me through the process before I decided I was in over my head. He was courteous and honored a verbal agreement we had from earlier in the year. Ken is an outstanding individual, knowledgeable and approachable even if you are trying to do it yourself. Not that I have a ton of experience in this field specifically but I don't know how one could even improve upon the customer service I received.
