Herb (owner) and his son Brian are a 10 for quick turnaround on Screen repair. I also bought an awesome shovel that's lightweight, with an extra wide scoop based on Brian's suggestion.
When I popped in for some last minute fun gifts for a "guy who's got everything", we came up with delight after delight. The gifts were a hit, especially a puzzle that Herb gifted me at no charge.
When the big box stores lack true customer service, and you find yourself searching for someone to help you, just come to Rice street instead.

Brian has great customer service on the fone and in person! This store has it all I’m pretty sure! and it’s very well organized
