(December 30, 2022, 5:09 pm)This shop had the replacement brush roller I needed, and it was cheaper than buying it online. After reassembling my vacuum with this roller, and a new belt and filter, it works like the day I bought it. Very happy. Long live this shop!

(December 27, 2022, 6:00 pm)This place is amazing. In addition to fixing a short and a kinked cord, he replaced broken plastic components that I thought were impossible to fix. He also added a new bag and filter and then shined the 20-year-old vacuum and all its parts, making it look like new. It's now running as well as it ran the day I bought it. Can't recommend Vac That Thing Up highly enough. Look no further for your vacuum repair shop.

(March 17, 2022, 11:07 pm)Went in to get my old Dyson looked at. Randall cleaned it up and it started working better, but he gave me some demos of the bagged vacuums and he instantly sold me on it. While a salesman, he was never pushy and was all about education. I felt comfortable and learned so much. I ended up buying a Simplicity vacuum and I’m very satisfied with it! Highly recommend visiting Randall and his cute dog Jim.

(October 22, 2021, 4:19 pm)The owner was very nice and very attentive to my needs. I went in to fix my Dyson but for the repair cost it didn’t make sense to fix it. He showed me my options, gave demos of a couple vacuums and was very informative. We had a great conversation about what makes a great vacuum and he sold me on a vacuum called Simplicity. I will definitely be back in the future.
