Best personal trainer in the twin cities
I've had my own free weight gym set up at my house for a few years but wasn't seeing the results I wanted anymore. I decided to seek out a personal trainer to help with a new routine as well as making sure I have the correct form and based off proximity decided on Bravo Fitness. I just completed my 3rd session with Rebecca and can say I've never felt a workout quite like this! I leave feeling tired knowing my body was pushed. I'm a 30 year old male but would recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness.
5 stars do not do Bravo Fitness justice! I have had 3 neck surgeries since 2011, with the last one in January of 2018. During that time, my physical activity was minimal, and my doctors would not let me do any strenuous exercise (not that I would have been able do to the constant pain). I received clearance from my surgeon to start strength training in January of 2019, and luckily found my way to Bravo Fitness. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and a great motivator!!!
This place is awesome! The studio is very easy to get to and the space is perfect for private and intimate group settings. Rebecca is very knowledgeable regarding whatever you are looking to achieve! She has gold star experience in fitness, diet and nutrition—all you have to do is ask and she will provide! I love teaching yoga in this space as it allows for a great set up of students, and the mirrors surrounding the floor plan really helps everyone focus towards exactly what we are working on. This is one of my favorite studios to teach at in the Twin Cities! Come check it out!
