Very professional, super knowledgeable, and a delightful to work with. Stan was our sales guy (super great) and Jorge and Israel were our super helpful delivery men. I would highly recommend working with Stan if you're looking for a gentleman who knows so much about the products he sells and is a no pressure sales associate. It was refreshing to not be pressured to buy something out of our price range just because it's "a good deal."
Israel and Jorge, the delivery crew, were prompt, professional and so very helpful. If you can request a driving crew, these are the gentlemen I would recommend! AND, they followed all the socially distancing guidelines in my small home. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. :) -

(June 7, 2019, 6:52 pm)Worked with Linda Santi at the North Snelling store during whole process of purchasing new Fisher Paykel refrigerator. Linda was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with all questions and aspects of purchase. Mostly happy with whole experience working with Warner's Stellian.
Disappointed to learn there would be a $375.00 charge to install the ice/water connection. Seems excessive after spending over $3k on appliance. Also, the delivery people recommended I get some stainless steel cleaner or oil to maintain the fridge finish but product documentation and product rep states to never do this. -

(December 24, 2017, 8:19 am)They're more expensive on some items than big box stores, but their range of products and helpful staff are the best in town. We have pretty much quit bothering to go anywhere else when we look for appliances now.
