  Brad is absolutely wonderful to work with. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He’s is good at getting back to you in a timely manner and answering any questions. He really cares about his clients and their needs when it comes to helping them find a home. Our new home is perfect and we could not be happier!

  5 stars across the board!! Except for responsiveness, that should get a 6th star. Brad is amazing! Very helpful, insightful, and responsive. There is no way to fully put a description or value to the work he puts into his customers. He truly does care and wants to work with you personally to find that home you are looking for. I highly recommend Brad and know that you won't be disappointed if you use him as your realtor!

  My husband and I just purchased our first home (and it's our dream home). Brad helped us throughout the entire process from putting in the offer to closing. He was responsive, helpful, and so knowledgeable. Even after we moved in, Brad has been in touch. He's even gone out of his way to help the previous home owners get a package that was mistakenly delivered to us. Even though we are done with the home buying process, I feel like Brad is still a wonderful resource and support. I can tell he really cared about getting us into the right home. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if that day ever comes we will be calling Brad.

  My wife and I used Brad to purchase our first home together. We were extremely happy with how he helped us through the entire process and it was great to have him on our side. Brad went out of his way to set up visits for as at any house we were interested in, and would always dig further to get more information from the listing agent to help us come up with a more competitive offer. We would have been lost without the expertise that Brad was able to bring and couldn't recommend him higher. If you are looking to purchase a home, you would be in good hands with Brad on your side!

  Brad was so helpful in the purchase of our home. His negotiation skills are excellent, he fought hard to get us a good deal, and was on top of the details every step of the way. Brad was responsive even in the evenings and on holiday weekends. He must never rest! He truly had our best interest in mind throughout.
