Summit Orthopedics with Urgent Care Vadnais Heights

I had a total knee replacement with Dr Gannon and team in the Surgical Suites. Everyone was very helpful in getting surgery set up, correspondence and instructions were clear, the team was very responsive to questions and concerns, and I appreciated the follow up phone calls. The hand written personal card from everyone involved in my surgery was such a lovely gesture. All staff from the surgical side to the Care Suites were incredible.

Dr. Anderson is always calm, explains what he believes to be the issue! Patient with me as I try to explain what is going on and what I need to recover. In my past Dr. Anderson & his assistant have provided cortisone shots and other instructions which made all the difference in the world! Thanking him!

The staff, the Nurses and the Doctor were very respectful and understanding of my issues and showed sincere concerns about my well-being. And I appreciate that. With me being in a lot of pain. They did not hesitate to get to the root of my problems. Instead like others who said that it will just go away in due time.

Every time I’ve been to Summit it has reminded me of a well-oiled machine...but with the most genuinely nice people running it. They have a great process with check-ins, short wait times and efficient visits. The online portal is also great and in my experience I have never waited long for a reply from a doctor or physician when I have questions. My most recent surgery at Summit went great and I couldn’t have asked for a better recovery process/team. I really can’t think of any negative at this time.
