There is a playground for kids to play at and a few ball fields. There is also a covered shelter to hang out at if the sun is too hot. There is a dog park connected to this parking lot as well if you want to bring your pup to a fenced in field.

Really great locally owned gym with an emphasis on strength training.
The trainor's are so respectful and kind. Any women who want to get stronger and feel better need a place like this to feel safe and supported. I wish all gyms were like this.
Great little place to work out. Top notch trainers. Excellent atmosphere.
