Travel with Shanna - Travel Agent

We had a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful resort in Cabo. All accommodations were great. Shanna did a wonderful job prior to departure ensuring our group had all necessary information prior to leaving for our trip!

We have used Shanna twice now for vacations and have loved each one immensely! Shanna is super communicative, is always looking for value but with the best experience possible. You can tell she feels passionately about her work and cares for each customer on a personal level. I would absolutely recommend her!!

It was 30 + years since we traveled abroad. We called Shanna and she asked what we were looking for and she sent out choices. We picked the one and she did the rest. The trip went flawlessly. Shanna is a great communicator and would recommend her without a doubt.

Shanna did a great job! I gave her some info and parameters on the vacation we wanted as a family and she delivered. The trip was out of the country witch can be a challenge at times but not this time. Our experience leaving the US and returning to the US was flawless. All of the connecting pieces fell right into place along with ground transportation. No surprises. She followed up before our departure, during the trip and after our return, very important to me!! We plan on using her again in '23. Give Shanna a try, you won't be disappointed!

Working with Shanna has been awesome! We've used her for two different trips now and have been extremely satisfied. I'm a pretty big researcher and wasn't sure we needed a travel agent for our recent trip to the Dominican Republic since we already knew the exact hotel we wanted. However, the prices were very expensive for the dates we wanted so I figured I'd check with a travel agent and saw Shanna's sign/storefront in downtown Lonsdale. Much to my surprise, Shanna found us a MUCH better deal that literally saved us almost a thousand dollars. She's also helped us book our recent trip to Europe, taking the headache out of trying to find a nice hotel near the location we needed to be at for a wedding. A+++ and we will continue to use her; highly recommend!
