Helpful, attentive and great teamwork. I needed help with something that wasn't necessarily a big sale, but you'd think i was buying 10 phones from the excellent service I received. Ethan helped me extensively and completely, and his coworkers had the answer ready when he wasn't sure. Thanks to the whole team!

Joseph was excellent and I told him what I wanted to get but unsure at the same time. He shared with me what he thought would work best for what I was looking for and he was right! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

I went to the Verizon store in Northfield on December 1 looked at a product had questions about an upgrade and was assisted by Natalie who is very knowledgeable and Nick who also assisted me I had looked at another product while I was there. Natalie had guided me through the product and informed me that it was a good product. It was on sale for the holiday season. When I went back on December 2, Natalie knew exactly what I was there for. I walked in the door and she says you’re here for your speakers I said yes she was more than friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and helped me set it up the service was outstanding.

I went to your Verizon store in Apple Valley, MN on Sunday 10-30-22 to inquire about possibly upgrading both phones on our acct. I ended up walking out on the person because he was so rude. On Tues 11-1-22 I stopped into the Verizon store in Northfield and Nick was the gentleman that helped me. The difference between these 2 stores was night and day. After my experience on Sunday in Apple Valley ; I was seriously considering not only looking for a new phone but also a new provider. Nick was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick the phone that best suited my needs. I was so impressed by his service and when I got back to my Dad’s I convinced my Dad to upgrade his phone as well. When I went back to the Northfield store Nick was helping another couple and I noticed he was just as pleasant and helpful with them as he had been with me earlier. He actually offered to stay late in order to finish setting up my Dads phone because I had told him earlier that day that I had planned on leaving for Wi that evening. It was so nice to see someone at his age have such awesome customer service skills.He is definitely a huge asset to your company. Thanks again Nick for the wonderful service!!

Ethan was the most amazing sales guy ever!! I’m never going to Amy other Verizon if I’m w/in 100 miles off this store in Northfield! He was the only one that showed up to work, in spite of some technical difficulties he used all his available resources (including personal cell hotspot) to call the main co & get us the help we needed. He was amazing & needs a raise & a promotion!! I watched him handle every single customer with a kind/respectful/gracious/professional attitude, in the face of very difficult circumstances. Super impressive!
