Jason was great!! Came out and fixed our grey tank for a very reasonable amount. He is a very personable guy. Highly recommend!

We had Jason come out to help us with our water heater on our RV. It ended up being a simple fix and found out he installed AC soft starts. He had one with and was able to put it in right away. We have now run the AC on our 15amp service at home as well as on the road for the last week. Everything works great. Jason was very helpful and also had trained at NRVTA which is a great course. I would recommend him to anyone!

We discovered a break in the top cable of our super slide on the motorhome in the evening and we were due to leave the RV park in the morning. We called several other places who did not answer or did not return our message. Jason came just on time when he said he would be here. Of course he did not have the cable. No one keeps that on hand. So he gave us the option of ordering the cable and told us when it would arrive or him securing the slide so that we could continue our travels undo the repair later. We were heading to California for a family emergency and needed to be on our way so he had us ready to go in 30 minutes and was able to answer several other issues we needed to take care of later. I found him to be completely honest and very knowledgeable. I heartily recommend Dirt Road and Jason.

Jason helped us get things fixed when another company fraudently didn't fix my air-conditioned or electrical issues. I will never use another company to fix my Ice Castle RV edition. Jason is very experienced and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service!

Jason did a GREAT job!!! Called him, we set up an appointment for the next day (he met me where my RV was in storage) diagnosed the issue with the my water heater. He located parts and fixed my water heater the following day! He even worked with my Warranty company! Thank you Jason! I've been passing your business cards out!
