  I've been benefitting from the financial knowledge and guidance Phil offers for over 5 years. I have purchased annuities through him that are proving to be lifetime guaranteed income for me as I now enter full retirement, which is what I wanted. I have tested other companies/advisors but none measure up to Phil's. He is a phone call or email away with a prompt return reply when I have any questions. He will always meet in person if I so desire.
  Phil also recommended Legal Shield to my husband and me.They are an amazingly affordable legal service that helped us get our wills and POA's and end of life statements done.

  I would recommend Phil to anyone looking for a financial planner. He has the highest level of integrity.   Scheiber & Associates helped me purchase a fixed indexed annuity policy he explained it clearly and provided some excellent options. The companies were all highly rated and names that I was familiar with. The best part was it was quick and easy, Phil took care of all the details and I enjoy the benefits. I will be referring Phil to all the family and be using him for my investment strategy in the future.

  When we contacted Phil several years ago, we did not have a solid retirement plan. We were still working but retirement was on the horizon. After attending his seminar, we met and together built a plan that we felt would help us enter retirement on a solid financial footing. We appreciated his friendliness and honesty in dealing with us. As Christians, we also appreciate his biblical application toward people and finances. We are now just a few months from retirement and he is helping us get the final steps completed and ready for our long and stable "golden years". We also appreciated being introduced to LegalShield, who helped us get our will and POA completed. We can rest better knowing that our family will be taken care of, as we see fit.   Anyone aging into Medicare will understand how overwhelming and challenging the Medicare world is. When my husband was turning 65 I I contacted Phil for help. He promptly returned my call and explained our Medicare options and answered our concerns and questions. Phil is a very knowledgeable agent and we felt much better about our situation after our discussion with him. Folks need someone like him on their side to help planning their financial future.
