I was pregnant with twins and was having significant pain in my tailbone and hip area. After a month of seeing Dr. Cook, that pain was alleviated and I left feeling significantly better. Great experience and very friendly staff.

Went in for a bulging disc pressing on the L5 was in bad pain Dr Cook knew just how to treat the symptoms and got me fixed up to 75% so far still going feeling better every day

My family (husband and daughters age 2 and 6) have been going to Dr. Cook and his colleagues since before my children were born. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and thorough. I have also seen Dr. White (who has since opened up his own practice) and Dr. Isley and I have nothing but great things to say for both of them as well. The office staff is also friendly and efficient. The entire staff takes sincere interest in our family and we don't feel like a number when we go there - they all know us well. I recommend him to everyone! Their wellness plan is very reasonable and they take insurance as well.
