(August 21, 2021, 3:57 pm)We filmed a low-budget movie here. It being public, we had a few bystanders. Luckily, I was dressed as a Sheriff, so I was able to clear the area easily. Beautiful place!

(June 20, 2021, 5:53 pm)Beautiful park and plenty of room to spread out. Nice trails for walking or jogging and there's a Veteran's Memorial there. The only complaint is that there are these fluffy white “parachutes” flying through the air that are the fruit capsules with numerous “hairy” seeds from the Salicaceae family of trees. They are everywhere!

(August 29, 2020, 1:53 am)Love this park! They added a new splash pad for the kids although the water is freezing cold so my kids prefer the lake but its nice to have options for them. There is a gorgeous waterfall, pavillions, Gazebos, large grass field, volleyball nets, & of course a playground & sandbox area. Great place to plan a day with the family
