Marill is the absolute best. Highly recommended.

Our dog had a great time at Chips Palace for overnight boarding! Marill was quick to respond to messages and communication was smooth. She is very knowledgeable of dogs' different their different personalities and needs. We have a husky and it was nice knowing he was able to play with the other dogs and get his energy out while we were away.

Merrill was really good and had a lot of patience with our 7 months old Pup Dakota. She is not comfortable with other people and dogs right away, the first time we dropped off her to Chip's Palace, Merrill knows exactly how make Dakota feel comfortable. Merrill response very quickly and shares pictures and videos in Snapchat. We have let Dakota stayed with Merrill couple weekends now and you can tell that Dakota is enjoying her stay and having fun and meeting new friends!!

We and our dogs LOVE this place!! We have three dogs and they get so excited when they get to come to Chip’s Palace, and we feel so comfortable leaving them there because we know they will receive excellent care and have so much fun. The owner is a true and genuine dog lover and goes above and beyond to create an awesome experience.

We boarded our 7 month old puppy with Chip's Palace for a weekend in July 2021. He came home tired and happy, and Marill (owner) was responsive and flexible to our pick-up and drop off needs. And she told us in detail how he did over the weekend.

Marill operates Castle Rock Kennels next door - more of a standard boarding kennel. For dogs in her care for Chip's Palace, she let the dogs play on the kennel grounds with the other dogs during the day. But at night your dog goes home with Marill and her three dogs. Marill let our puppy sleep with her in her own bed!

Chip's Palace may be a little more expensive than other boarding options in the south metro, but knowing our puppy literally became part of her family for the weekend gave us peace of mind for our first boarding experience.
