We have had Matt do work in our house three times. He is always here when he says he will be and his communication is fantastic. Mattie always personable and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

Matt is wonderful! He added lights to our living room, all three bedrooms, and fixed a couple of mistakes from past electricians. He was prompt and kind and even let my young sons follow him around and pepper him with questions. I can't recommend Egan Electric enough!

I am doing some kitchen remodeling and was in need of some updated lighting. I contacted Matt at Egan Electric and obtained a bid for the project. Matt replaced the existing under-cabinet lights above my sink and cooktop with new LED type lights, installed two new pendant lights above the kitchen peninsula, removed old track lights and installed five new recess LED light fixtures, and installed new dimmer switches for the recess lights and pendants. He also replaced eyeball-type lights and track lights with more modern and much brighter LED's in my living room. I also had him install a new ceiling/light fan in my master bedroom and replace the light in my guest bedroom, which was really bad, with a different brighter fixture. He completed all of the work in a timely and efficient manner. I am so pleased with all his work and highly recommend him for your electrical needs. You will not be disappointed!

I had a spark fly out of an outlet when i was plugging in my vacuum cleaner. I knew I needed an expert to fix this outlet. I googled New Prague Electrician and Egan Electric came up. Matt immediately got back to me and even came on a Saturday late in the afternoon.
As long as he was here I had him check several outlets that haven't worked in years. It was not a problem for him to figure out and I now have electricity in EVERY outlet in my house. Very excited about this!!! Another electrician I hired many years ago did not figure out the problem which is why I just left them go for so long.

Matt was awesome! We cut an interior wall in half only to find out that there were 3 electrical wires that needed to be moved. Matt came out the next day and provided his bid, and said he could start the work immediately. That was exactly what we were looking for. We only had a couple weeks before the new counter tops were to be installed, so the electrical had to be done immediately. So if you are looking for good quality work at a fair price and you need it done quickly, please call Matt, you will be glad you did.
