My wife and I first met Jeremy at an open house in 2015 when we were first getting an idea of what to expect when we were ready to purchase the following year. The conversation we had was easy and informative and the reason why we reached back out to Jeremy for representation when the time came. He helped us navigate our first home purchase and because of the relationship built then, Jeremy was our guy when looking to purchase our next home. The 2021/2022 market was not the easiest market to navigate, but with persistence and patience we are now in our new home. In the sales side, Jeremy helped us map everything out with the listing and advise us on offers to get us the most out of the sale. Jeremy Robertson was our agent for approximately 5 years prior to our move to MN . We were very fortunate to have connected with Jeremy by doing an online search . We were not sure when our move would actually take place and we were honest with Jeremy about that . We always received homes on the market via email that would potentially meet our needs within a fairly wide area of MN . We lived in TX but each time we visited MN , Jeremy was always willing to go out and show us numerous homes that were for sale . We finally made the move to MN in August , 2019 . We notified Jeremy about our intentions to move and he was always available to answer questions and schedule appointments to see homes . ( Many, many homes) We wish Jeremy could have worked with us as we sold our home in TX . We learned , not all real estate agents are like Jeremy . Jeremy Robertson helped us find the perfect home and even after the sale was complete , was able to give us a referral for some remodeling we were contemplating having done . If the time comes for us to sell our home , we hope Jeremy will be available to help us with that sale .

This referral allowed us to close on our scheduled closing date.

Jeremy was wonderful to work with! When we first met Jeremy we weren't quite ready to purchase a house and he was very respectful of that. He would periodically check in with us to see how we were doing and even sent us a happy birthday email for our son. When we finally were ready to look for a house, he was very quick to set up meetings with us and help us narrow down our needs vs. wants. We ended up having a pretty aggressive timeline and he got us into our house within that timeline with no problem! His customer service skills were phenomenal and he knew just what we were looking for. He helped make our first home purchase go quickly and smoothly!
