This is my first time actually writing a review for any establishment but here we go. Called a couple days ago and spoke to Chris about getting a water pump replacement on my car let me tell you very fantastic customer service! Pointed me in the right direction gave me a very good quote saying as how demanding the job is via taking the engine out and how much of a pain in the a** it is! It was pretty low mind you. But he got it done for me all within a day! Told me I had a valve cover leak which is why I had smelt a burning smell every now and then. Also saw the spark plugs had never been changed and he had called and informed me of both of those issues! Overall had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back for more service later down the road!!! Chris was very welcoming and friendly!
Accelerated Auto is our go-to shop for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Chris and his crew are honest, fair priced, friendly and reliable. They always follow up to make sure even days later, that you’re happy with their work. Can’t recommend them enough!
Fully satisfied. Fair pricing, beat the competition. Pleasant staff. Was loaned a vehicle rather than waiting long time there. Highly recommended.
Best auto repair service I’ve experienced! I called at 7:30am and was able to schedule same day to have my very broken exhaust system fixed. Chris is honest, reliable, and so friendly! Accelerated Automotive is the only place I’ll bring my car now!
Chris does an amazing job! Very quality work, and never overcharges. He looks for the most cost effective repairs for customers and is a very trustworthy person. I would highly recommend him. He looks out for the customer rather than trying to overcharge.
