Don Ramon Street Tacos

I’m not one to leave reviews. In fact I think this is my first ever food review, but I had to. I called and placed an order, and the man on the phone was so friendly and ready to help. I drove down and within 10 minutes my order for 4 adults was already done, and they greeted me with a smile. He rang us up and then showed us to the hot sauce bar where you can mix your own salsa/ hot sauce for your food. We tried their elote, birria street tacos, red tamales, and their guacamole. All of it was amazing. All ingredients were fresh, the guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in the Carver county area and you want some amazing genuine Mexican food at a good price, this is the place. Will definitely become one of the regular places I get food at!!

I will eat here always and forever. This is the best Mexican restaurant i have ever been to. The convince of ordering is great, you pay before you eat so when you’re done you can just head out, i love the self salsa serve bar! Everyone is so so friendly and it’s clean and prices were really good/ portions sizes too! I also love that they provide water cups free of charge! Thank you

Delicious! We had a variety of street tacos to sample the different meats. Everything was delicious and super flavorful. The salsa bar was a great addition. Shakopee has several great Mexican restaurant options and this one may be the best.

Great restaurant! Been a returning customer since the previous place closed. Great service, delicious tacos. It is best to go when it's not busy, as wait times can go quite high. It's really popular here.

The food, atmosphere and professionalism and service are all outstanding here! I think it's majorly improved over the previous restaurant at this location. I had the Carnitas plate and it was fabulous! My husband had the birrias tacos and loved it. Our kids enjoyed the food also. The sauces were all better than most places in the area. We loved sitting outside. I think they're doing such a great job -- keep it up. We'll be back!
