Jon Agrimson in the parts department went above and beyond to make sure not only that I had the information I needed but took the extra step to get me in touch with a technician that specialized in my exact problem. Instead of Easter egging expensive parts he instead got me the information I needed to trouble shoot the problem down to the exact fault. Thank you Jon for taking pride in your job. I will remember this in the future when it comes to buying equipment and parts.

We needed a pallet jack for a big recycling project we did to help raise funds for our youth group. Definitely a small request for QF to handle but it went perfectly. Easy coordination for pick up and drop off and the jack handled the work without issue.
