Although Thelen Mechanical was founded on April Fool’s Day, we take our business and customers seriously. And it all started with founder and owner, Nick Thelen. After working for another company for several years, Nick saw that the industry wasn’t serving customers well. He knew he could do it better and decided it was time to shake things up and provide a different level of service.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly to get our AC working before the 100° heat wave! Communication was wonderful, both in getting scheduled and when explaining what needed to be done. We ended up needing to get a new furnace, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Water heater install. My phone call to the office was quick easy polite. The techs arrived on time with a heads up text . Completed the work next day within the time frame I was told it would be. Professional techs , speedy service and easy to deal with . What more can you ask for .

This company is AMAZING. They came out to repair our furnace, and unfortunately found a critical safety issue which required immediate same day replacement. The tech explained the issue simply and in a way that I could understand. They were also extremely gracious about working late on a Holiday Friday. My little family and I are so grateful for Harris, Alex, and the rest of the crew.
