I had a horrible experience with customer service over the phone. I went into the branch and got service from christela Garcia and I had the most amazing experience. It's a shame they're closing most of these branches because the phone service for Chase is terrible compared to the in-person experience
Had an excellent experience completing a Medallion Signature Guarantee with Amber Tinnell at the Chase on Mission Ave. Amber was communicative, professional, and even pre-approved all of my documents ahead of our appointment via email to make sure everything was in order ahead of my appointment. I had a very negative experience with the same process at the Chase on Oceanside Blvd, to the point where I was ready to change banks, and Amber restored my faith in Chase customer service and gained a loyal customer. I will be returning to the Mission Ave. branch for all of my banking needs, and will recommend Amber to all of my friends. Thank you!
Okay so I called in with a problem and spoke with Madison!
She was amazing and is still helping me work out things.
Just wanted to say she deserves a raise because she followed up and made sure all my needs were met.
Happy with the service! Thank you again Madi!
I needed to move some assets around urgently from the east coast. I was able to reach Julie on the phone. She was extremely helpful to explore different options with me, and made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. I ended up opening an account with her, and it was a very pleasant process. Really appreciated the entire experience. I'd say Chase definitely has a superior service in the way they deal with clients, and in their technology platform.
ughhh I really wish I could go back! Twin Lakes was so fun. All the teachers were GREAT and hilarious. All my teachers helped out a ton and made learning fun. Not to mention the school is beautiful as well. The principal, Mr. Collins was always doing fun things with our school. I remember one day our school got like 1 million rolls of bubble wrap (literally) and we broke a record for the worlds most bubble wrap popped in like 2 minutes or something. what other school has that much fun?! We also had WTLN school news in the morning which always got everyone hyped up for the day. I don’t think I ever had a bad day at Twin Lakes. The lunch ladies were always jammin out to music.. along with every kid in the lunch room. We also had Spring Splash which was basically track and field day. It was SO fun. Twin Lakes is a great school and I seriously miss my days there.
Was making a delivery, walking by classrooms and seen the kids doing the pledge of allegiance. I deliver to many many schools and this is one of the only ones I've seen still doing that. Be proud of yourselves.
Because its a very good place to learn
My son is special needs and this school saved him. He's hyperactive with impulse issues and struggled in all previous schools. Almost immediately i noticed the difference in my son's behavior and he was actually participating willingly. Twin Lakes gave my son the attention and assistance he desperately needed while also holding him accountable for his behavior. He's catching up to the other students and it wouldn't be possible without the awesome special education team!
Your the best thing ever
