  Amazing service and knowledge! They installed a gas water heater, and fixed my dryer after 2 appliance repair shops failed to diagnose correctly. They also looked at my AC unit and offered great information and a second opinion on an issue that I was having with that. Would use again and highly recommend!

  I’d highly recommend Heins Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace went out last year and they went out of their way to fit us in. They did a great job explaining our options and we ended up replacing our furnace and a/c unit (was not pressured at all) as well as a few other things. Their communication was amazing, professionally was top notch and I’ve now recommended them to several of my friends and family. Go with Heins Plumbing and Heating, you won’t be disappointed!

  I’m not one to spend time writing reviews, but all I can say is Amazing…. From start to finish the work was clean and orderly. It was wonderful to see someone owning a small business that have such pride in their work. We own multiple properties and since meeting Brian and Kim on our first repair, we have since had them install water heaters, multiple furnaces, remodel bathrooms in our rental homes and more. Would recommend them to anyone.

  I called them and they were able to come out and fix a leaking pipe that was on the outside of the house that connected to my sprinkler system. They tried to fix it to help save me some money which was appreciated, but ultimately we ended up replacing the pipe and new fittings. No more leaks and very happy with the work done!

  We have had Heins plumbing recommended to us many times so when our water heater and furnace went out, it was a no brainer who to call. The person who answered the phone (it was a lady) was very kind and patient with me when I was trying to explain all that was wrong. She took the time to walk me through the rough estimate and the process of coming out to see what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced. They were able to come out the next day which I was grateful for since it's getting cold. They showed up right on time and the estimate was done pretty quickly and was definitely a fair price if not a deal for the amount of time and work they ended up having to do. When our new water heater and furnace showed up, they came out within a day or two and let me tell you, I have never seen two people work so fast before. They literally did not mess around and were in and out and left nothing behind. They cleaned up everything and you couldn't even tell that they were there when they left. I will definitely be using them again. They were very polite and funny and made the whole deal a lot less stressful! Thank you to Kim and Brian!!
