  Everybody that worked there was so nice and accommodating. I asked if I could sit outside while they worked on my vehicle to do some work on my phone and computer and they actually brought out cushions for the chairs! They were quick and efficient, fair and I could not recommend them more to anybody!!

  I needed a simple valve stem replacement on a golf cart tire. I walked in and the person behind the counter said...hang on a minute, and took my tire in the back. I thought, surely he's not just going to work on it? But he did...and in less than 5 minutes it was done, and the tech even carried it to my vehicle! Are you kidding me!?!? Amazing customer service? On a Saturday afternoon? WOW!
  Will I go back? ABSOLUTELY!
  Will I recommend them? TOTALLY!

  Not only do they have great customer service, but the service all around is amazing. Then get things done not only in a good time frame but you can guaranteed it's done the right way. I go the them for any car troubles.

  I brought my car in to have work done after another person installed things incorrectly. They tried to repair what was wrong with the new parts the first person put in, however they were already non repairable. They got my car in fast, it was done in hours. The staff is very friendly, the front desk person, Travis has amazing customer service skills and was a pleasure to work with.

  I called Fred's when I needed new tires on my trailer. I had no idea what I was doing, but put in an order for some tires. When I arrived to get them installed one of the employees came to take a look, turns out what I had ordered was overkill for my situation and I could use a different (cheaper) option just fine. They saved me 60 bucks and installed my new tires in 10 minutes. They easily could have dropped on the more expensive tires that I ordered, but I really appreciate they took the time to offer me the product that made the most sense.
