On two recent visits to this location, 1 employee referred me to a local heat and air parts store in Forest Lake because Home Depot did not carry the part I needed. The employee actually looked the business up. The next time I went in, the item would not ring up so when the employee looked into it and could not explain it, he charged me for a smaller size of the same product. Customer Service is a lost art, but you can find it at this location, at least I did.

(February 1, 2022, 11:50 pm)I have had great experience here. They have a clearance wood pile which I enjoy. Staff is friendly. Prices seem competitive. Don't always have what I need. I would say this is the target for hardware store and Menard is that Walmart. Meaning that Home depot has more specific items and special things where Menards like.. everything else but at a lesser quality depending the item.
