This was my end of year ck up on electric in home.Cole was the technician and was the most friendly, knowledgeable , and pleasant he could be. He seen that I was a veteran widow and , said there was a program that the owner has put in place that called Hero’s plan, he explained plan and it will certainly be a big savings, My heartfelt thanks to Mr. One Hour owner and to Cole you made my day. 😘👍

Jessie called us & was actually able to arrive ahead of the scheduled appointment time. VERY pleasant & courteous ! He provided pricing up front before beginning any work. He also shared information on some other available & potentially helpful services without putting ANY pressure on me to buy on the spot. GREAT experience!

I am extremely impressed with the level of service, care, and communication from Nate at Mister Sparky Electric. And while it is evident to me that Nate certainly is a great guy and deserves much reward it is also clear that the three companies that work together for Electric, HVAC, and Plumbing have created a culture of significance. Each person I’ve interacted with has been very meticulous in their assessments and work. Mr Sparky electrical service (in particular Nate, Noah, and Peter) are INCREDIBLE. They did good, efficient, quality work, they solved a huge swath of problems and issues we had with our home, took the weird surprises and challenges in stride, and were fantastic in their approach.

They took the time to explain everything, answered questions, actually bothered to explain why something could or couldn't be done a certain way, etc. The kind of response and attentiveness I want with a service of such importance and daily life impact.

They were kind enough to accept an additional request and accommodate changes, they made sure the results/settings of things were what I wanted and would be happy with, and if something didn't work, they *really* tried to come up with solutions that would.

Just outstanding service, fun, great guys - cannot say enough good things!

Justin did an amazing job on some complicated electrical issues. I would 100% recommend Justin and Mr. Sparky for anyone for an affordable problem-solving electrician.
