Great Place. Highly recommended. Staff has always been accommodating. Nancy is exceptional in every way. She has gone out of her way to help me out on two separate occasions. The first time she helped me out she went so far above and beyond the call of duty that she was in my customer service hall of fame. Great people like this don"t grow on trees. Thanks Nancy. Propity manager julie is great 5 stars the best experience renting storage I recommend anyone who is looking for storage to get one here and very clean and plenty of boxes for packing .

Both Nancy and Julie were extremely helpful in transitioning our account from the previous owner over to Public Storage. The process was very quick and painless. They both also assisted in resolving a billing issue that was caused by the transition. Thanks to both Nancy & Julie, and for their friendly service.

Nancy was extremely helpful as we transitioned our account over to Public Storage. While I was a bit frustrated and upset, Nancy was calm, listened, and reassured me that Public Storage would continue the excellent service that I had been receiving with the previous owner.
