I was very impressed with Joe’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws. What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. The service man did a phenomenal job getting our A/C system diagnosed and fixed. Greg also did a great job explaining the issue to me and giving me the options for payment. He very patiently outlined the company's annual maintenance program and all the benefits. If all that wasn't enough, he gave me tips on how to better care for my system by managing the thermostat.
