K and M did a great job on my metal roofing. The whole team was fantastic to work with and the job supervisor Marcos was very knowledgeable about the process of installing metal roofing. Also, I want to thank Matt Ryan for his project management skills.

I met Matt, John and their team after receiving a referral from family. I was impressed from day one. They were willing to meet me at my property and start right away. They were patient, and willing to discuss multiple options to find one that met my preferences and budget. The whole while there was an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. Amazing! That is the first word that comes to mind. Matt with K and M is just that...amazing. He advocated on behalf of us with our insurance company. Going above and beyond what any other company was willing to do for us. He is the reason we were able to get a new roof. He was able to get our roof done just a week later. He explained everything to us and showed up every day to check on the crew even though it was the weekend. He is easy to talk to, honest, and so friendly. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Their crew works hard and they do quality work. Our roof looks so great. Thank you Matt and thank you K and M.

My client needed to install a new roof so she could complete the sale of her home - in the middle of a MN winter and a closing date of 1/26. Didn't think it would be possible, but Matt Ryan met me at the property immediately and said "we can get it done". I left it in Matt's hands, and he worked with the homeowner and the insurance company directly, got approval from ins. so my client only had to pay a small deductible, had a few mild days to work with, and got the roof completed a week before closing!. i had difficulty finding a local construction firm and found myself on Angies list looking for reputable firms. When I cam across K & M, read all the reviews, and contacted Matt for a quote. I liked the pricing and contracted for services. In about a week the started the work and completed it a week later. Best experience I've ever had!! I highly recommend these guys for any construction work and I will do so again when the next project becomes apparent.
