  Many people think all insurance is alike, it is not. Limits, coverage types, level of service, and cost are all factors to be considered among many. What Jim and team does well is give honest feedback and guidance as to how best to protect and insure oneself. You can expect to be treated with great care and to be able to ask questions that will be answered informatively and with your best interest in mind. To have this sort of trust in your agent is invaluable. My day job involves me working to digitize insurance, and while I think that’s a worthy undertaking I also know that there is great value in having an agent and trusted resource in your corner always. While AmFam has many digital tools for customers, you just can’t digitize many aspects of what it takes to have a good and trusting relationship.

  Jim did a great job of explaning different coverages for both of our home and auto while balancing our budget with what was most important to us. He explained things in Lehman's Terms which is important for first time home owners. We feel like he's looking out for our best interests!
