I’m a returning customer for getting carpets cleaned. Pat is very friendly, knowledgeable, and does a nice job.

My husband and I moved into a new home and hired Pat's Building Maintenance for carpet cleaning. Pat was communicative, kind, on time, and delivered wonderfully!

Pat was extremely thorough with our large sectional and our nursery rocking chair. He not only made sure to clean every inch of our furniture but also gave us helpful tips on how to maintain the pieces. Our furniture looks brand new again!! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Pat was very professional, personal, did an amazing job on carpet that was not cleaned for years. He does very high quality work, moved couches, opened closet doors and left fans and beyond affordable pricing. He is great Thank you Pat.

Pat did a great job cleaning my sofa and two ottomans that were handed down to me from family. They initially smelled strongly like dog and after he cleaned them, there is no trace of that. I would say the sofa was at least 15 years old and today it feels brand new. I’m happy to let my daughter snuggle into the fabric now that I know it’s clean.
Pat also had good communication and I was able to set up an appointment within the week. I would recommend him for furniture cleaning, and I’m sure most people don’t get theirs cleaned enough... or ever!
