  We didn't buy any plants this trip, but plan to next time. They also have a nice selection of books about native plants, birds and animals. There is also a good selection of books for helping to teach youth about nature.

  They are newly reopened for retail as if this week. (4.25.2022) I was able to get some grass seed and a lot of helpful information for planting it as well as browse their well stocked gift shop (hint: Mother's Day is coming up 😉). I'm hoping they will be open for Christmas shopping this year as well... 🤞

  I've bought plants here three times so far, and each time the staff was friendly and helpful. I've had a very high success rate with all of my plants.

  We wanted to add more native shrubs to our farm and we used Prairie Restorations as one of our sources to do that. The Scandia location is closed for plant sales and retail sales. However, we called the Princeton location and they took our order. Within a week, beautiful shrubs were delivered to the Scandia location for us to pick up. The shrubs are healthy and doing well. We will definitely use Prairie Restorations in the future for native shrubs, trees, wildflowers, and grasses!

  Best place to buy local plants and flowers. The people who work there know their stuff and are passionate about what they do.
