  I brought in a pair of glasses in need of repair. While I have purchased glasses from this Stillwater VisionWorks in the past, the glasses I brought in were purchased through my optometrist.
  
  The screw fell out of one of my bows. So I was able to find the screw and bring it to the location, the associate assisting me insisted installing a new screw “just in case.” After repairing my glasses, she insisted on readjusting them so they fit properly.
  
  Even though it was 11:30 on a Saturday morning, she immediately began working on my glasses. When she finished, I asked what the charge was, to which she replied, “no charge. It’s a courtesy to ALL of our customers.”
  
  It is quite refreshing to see a company prioritize customer satisfaction and customer relationships above profit. I will definitely purchase my next pair of glasses at Stillwater VisionWorks.

  I have had great service at the Visionworks store in Stillwater! But PLEASE, when replying to customer’s great reviews, please answer each one personally. Every answer to a great review is exactly the same wording, making it seem like a blanket statement and no thought involved in it-makes your replies seem insincere. It takes just a few seconds!

  I recently lost the ear pads on expensive sunglasses (which I usually don’t purchase) and went to Visionworks in Stillwater to check on whether I could order new ones. Kenzie found exact matches on the spot and did not charge for them. When visiting the store and looking at other options, I fully expected and wanted to pay for replacements because of the cost/benefit compared to purchasing new sunglasses. I was so surprised and delighted with her help and overall customer service. She genuinely cared and truly made my day - thank you!!

  Love the feedback these gals give every time! They have such a lovely selection. Atmosphere has always been fun. Glasses always come in faster than expected and even when I sit on them they manage to bring them back to life for me. Not to mention the price point is less than half where I previously went!!
