Doug and Joe did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. The remodel was due to a shower failure with water damage. The job was completed in a timely and organized fashion. Each day they completely cleaned up the work spaced, including vacuuming the dust up in the bathroom and our bedroom carpet leading into the bathroom. Many canvas coverings were used to protect our floors/carpets. Communication regarding the project including hidden damages, tile choices and paint colors were appreciated. Great job thank you for your hard work.

For years our basement was being used as our boy’s baseball & hockey workout area. The boys finally got too big to be practice in the basement, we decided it was time to remodel the basement for extra space to enjoy with family & friends. Thinking we could do all the work ourselves, we tore down all the walls to the original frame & replaced the duct work. After watching several YouTube videos on how to frame & sheet rock, we realized that this project was way over our head & needed to call in a professional. Several contractors were contacted to get bids & were told that it would be at least 3 months to start the project or was told that they would come over to give us a bid then never showed up. Doug from Norcon Home Solutions came within days to check out our project & gave us a bid within 24 hours. Doug was able to start working on the basement the following week. Due to city & stair codes we were not able to have the area as open as we had planned. Doug came up with a solution, so we could still have the open look & storage underneath the stairs. Great communications, if we had any questions Doug was prompt with answering them & also gave suggestions. Quality workmanship & the work was completed within weeks. The basement & stairs turn out awesome. For our future projects we will be contacting Norcon Home solutions.

Doug and his team performed a professional assessment of water- and structural-damage to our three season porch, provided a detailed proposal of work planned, communicated frequently regarding when work would be done, and completed the job promptly once started. Work quality was very good, and they left the site completely clean when finished.

We have used Norcon Home Solutions for a number of home improvement and repair projects over the past few years. Doug and his Norcon team have re-roofed our house, our freestanding shop, and a small storage barn in the back yard. Norcon pulled all of our permits and oversaw all of our inspections. On another project, the Norcon team stripped and replaced damaged siding sections from our 42-year-old home while upgrading the siding to code and replacing chimney and skylight flashing that had failed. Last year, Norcon pre-measured, ordered, and installed new windows, which was much less fuss than we had feared; even the window trim all stayed up inside and outside. Every project Norcon has performed for us has been completed on time and for the price quoted before the work started. All of our questions are answered promptly before the work begins, and cleanup is prompt and complete. What's more, we don't like assuming debt; Norcon has been willing to do the smaller projects we can afford when we can afford them, which we continue to appreciate. We'd give Norcon six stars if we could. We anticipate using Norcon for future projects and recommend this company without reservation.

After diligently looking for a good all-around construction company to re-do my bathrooms, I chose Norcon Home Solutions. I am very happy that I did. They were very easy to work with, showed up on time always and followed through on all their commitments. The entire staff was excellent and kept the job site very clean.
