Ascend at Woodbury

I can't thank Ascend enough, I've lived here previously and had to come back. The apartment was sanitized and ready to go the day of move in which was so helpful. This community is my home and I don't want to live anywhere else. The staff is amazing, my unit is beautiful and I am so grateful to be back. Also, it's pet friendly! I love the doggy DNA program! Thank you CIP and Ascend, I'm happy to be home again!

Chelsea Was amazing I had reached out to her prior while searching for a new home as I had concerns with my credit history and she was a wonderful source of assistance and made my move-in smooth quick and very responsive she was very helpful and professional

The staff is super friendly! They were just as excited for me to move in as I was! They were in contact with me every step of the way. The apartments are awesome and the community is a friendly environment, it's awesome living here!!

I've lived here since shortly after it opened (~3yrs), haven't had any of the issues these other 1 star reviewers have had... my apartment was clean, the costs (rent, add. parking, storage, etc.) are the same or more affordable than similar properties in similar areas around the twin cities, I've never experienced the hot hallways, and the garage has been cleaned every year I've lived here... Some of y'all will never be satisfied. It's not perfect, no place is, but when there are issues they're dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
The staff is wonderful. If you've shopped around for an apartment recently you can tell these folks know what they're talking about and are preforming at an unmatched level, comparatively. The maintenance is also great, really efficient, knowledgeable people that get it done right the first time. The amenities are great too, lovely gym, pool, theater, etc., and the area has a lot to offer in the way of walking, biking, trails, stores, etc.

Pros:
1) The best thing about this community is the top notch service by Alyssa and team. A big kudos and thanks to them. They listened to all our requirements promptly and took care of them. They made sure that my leasing process and move in was a seamless experience.
2) The unit is so spacious with huge closets and cabinets and it was a pleasant surprise to us. The appliances are of top quality.
3) Maintenance is very prompt and they complete every service request with perfection.

Cons: Garage space is narrow and that's the only negative. We can easily forgo this considering all the other great positives about this community.

I have been searching for apartments on many adjacent neighborhoods and this is the one I liked the most.
