Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
We dealt with misinformation and poor follow through at Rice Lake and walked out of Hudson due to their poor customer service. The Woodbury store is the place to go! -

Mercy took the time to explain how we could get more value from a new plan, as a long time AT&T customer I appreciate Mercy taking the time to show us the value in a new plan.
Being a long time AT&T customer I appreciate the great service.
