I was assisted quickly by someone and I found what I needed right away. I waited in the line up front after that for maybe a minute and someone was called to the front to assist. They obviously care about their customers here and had what I needed as well.

I was very impressed they have a very large selection of jewelry making products the fasteners everything all the way down from your your rocks to your fasteners kids that I've never seen before other craft stores don't carry these I was finding stuff that I haven't seen in other stores also that I had been looking for and staff was really Pleasant they definitely have my business

I absolutely love Michaels and everything that it has to offer. I once spent so much in the span of two days that I received $20 in rewards if that tells you how much I love it. Not all cash registers are staffed so the line slowly increases and it takes longer to check out sometimes but that's not the staff's fault and they're always very kind and conversational.

Easy to get into, no lines no crowd, awesome prices. Easy to find products. Very clean! Staff checks on you as you shop. They even offer advise on projects you are working on or feel like having a challenge. Handicap accessible. Lots of potential. Hard not to buy too much cool stuff.
